Shipping costs

  • For packages up to 100x50x50cm no shipping charges apply for purchases above a value of €50.00 that are shipped to an address in the Netherlands, excluding its Antillian territories. For orders below that value, shipped to an address in the Netherlands, excluding its Antillian territories, a charge of €6.95 applies.
  • Larger packages: we will quote a value on request.
  • For all other orders, shipping charges are determined on a per-order basis.
  • Pickup in our shop means no shipping or handling charges will be applicable.
  • Standard delivery lead time: 1-3 working days after receipt of payment, when in stock.

    You may not be able to find the product you are looking for. Our assortment consists of a couple of hundredthousand items, of which we have tens of thousands in our shop. Not everything is on line, especially items that are nearly sold out, or that are rarely selected. Please send us an e-mail with your request.
  • Can I buy something without using this web shop?
    Certainly: simply visit our shop at the Oudkerkhof 19-23 in Utrecht. Or send us an e-mail with your request.
  • Do you have everything in stock?
    No, we do not. That would be nearly impossible with a couple of hundred thousand items to choose from. We put many current items on our web shop, but stocks do run out. If the expected delivery time exceeds 3 days, we will contact you. Should the lead time be too long for your needs, we will cancel your order for you. Payments that you have made are then refunded. No problem.
